Short Bio

Hello, I’m Nelmar from Manila, Philippines, specialized in Systems Administration for about 5 years in both Linux and Windows platform, performing on major role in Active Directory, File Server Management, Group Policy, Firewalls, Web Servers, Mail Servers and related add-ons. Joined on local employers in an extensive Web Development and Database Administration that uses MYSQL and Postgre, took part in core development using PHP, Javascript, and JQuery, using MYSQL as back-end. And some are designed and uses Joomla, Drupal, WordPress and customized pages.

I able get  projects from different enterprises in Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Norway and mostly in United States, well maintained and updated up to now.

As of now I’m working as Web Developer(Home-based) in Software Paragon Inc, a group of people extensively and heartily working on together in the progress of EHR (Electronic Health Recording System) in US. Behind that scene, we are also working as Web Development Team in part of Warmthoughts Communications based in New Jersey.
I do also freelance job in Web Design, Graphics Design, IT Consulting that includes Systems and Networking in Linux platforms and interest to manage VOIP Servers in some clients running Call Centers in greater Manila, Philippines. I got projects majority through friends referral and some are from internet(Craiglist).
